Description
With the »Alte Kirsche«, Birkenhof has succeeded in creating a cherry spirit of the highest quality. During storage, dried cherries are added to the cognac barrel. The ripe distillate is skilfully enhanced with a little juice and subtle sweetness. The voluminous cherry aroma with filigree structure tastes exceptionally aromatic, while the fragrance is fine and fruity. The finish is fruity and elegant. An excellent schnapps for lovers of very aromatic eaux-de-vie.
A special delight:Harmonises perfectly with pralines and chocolatey truffles.
