This cheese slicer cuts alpine cheese or other hard kinds of cheese up to 10 cm wide quickly and with style in your own home. The proven and replaceable quality blade from Victorinox can be adjusted to produce the desired thickness in seconds. The plane body is made of solid wood.
These wood products are developed and manufactured exclusively in Swiss workshops for people with disabilities. There they are made meticulously by hand and with great pride. Each product is unique with an astounding grain pattern, beautifully ingrown knots and the finest colour changes.
