Lightweight, robust and functional, the »Steinkogel« performance jacket is designed for hunting use on days with moderate temperatures and changeable weather. Its well-considered material blend and practical features make it a dependable garment both in the field and on the go.
Functional material with real benefits
Made of soft merino fleece, the jacket offers the natural advantages of merino wool. It cools in warm weather, insulates in cold conditions and absorbs up to a third of its own weight in moisture without feeling uncomfortably damp. Additionally, it reliably inhibits odour formation and is particularly easy to care for – a clear advantage on multi-day outings.
Fit and freedom of movement
The close-fitting, ergonomic cut ensures an excellent fit without restricting even during intensive movements. Side stretch panels made from a durable polyester–merino blend guarantee full freedom of movement – whether stalking, climbing or in the hide.
Thoughtful features for hunting use
Practical storage space is provided by a zip chest pocket and two side zip pockets, offering secure and easily accessible space for important items.
Loden for protection and durability
Reliable protection against wind and weather is ensured by the robust loden fabric by the traditional weaving mill Gebr. Mehler. Since 1644, Mehler has stood for outstanding cloth quality and weather-resistant materials. Run in the 11th generation by Paulus and Ludwig Mehler, the mill is the oldest cloth manufacturer in Germany and one of the country’s most traditional industrial enterprises.
