Walnut Wood Mosaic Cutting Board, with Sap Groove

Description

Cutting board made from American walnut wood with sap groove. The individually glued pieces of end grain with visible annual rings create a unique design and amazing appearance. In comparison to cutting boards made from wood cut along the grain, end grain wood, with its perpendicularly arranged grain, is more durable and longer lasting. Each piece is unique in terms of its natural wood structure and therefore a one-off. Slip-proof rubber feet on the underside prevent it from moving. The board can be treated with a food-safe oil as required to keep it in good condition. We recommend using linseed oil. With handles cut into both sides, hand-crafted in Germany.
